FINANCIAL DIRECTOR (CFO)

Now we are in search of a proactive candidate for the position of Financial director (CFO) for successful financial management of a group of companies.

Responsibilities:

Financial management of a group of companies;

Administration and control of financial flows in a group of companies;

Development and management of a set of measures to reduce financial costs in a group of companies;

Development of financial strategy and financial plans of the company;

Operative financial and economic analysis of the group of companies.

Control and financial performance and audit of financial processes in subsidiaries;

Carrying out planning, formation, forecasting and budget execution of a group of companies

Organization and control of financial flows in a group of companies;

Tax planning;

Analysis of financial markets in different countries, minimizing risks;

Identification and elimination of deficiencies in the economic structure of a group of companies

Cash flow management in a group of companies, control of the reasonableness of expenses;

Formation of financial management accounting and implementation of accounting policies in a group of companies;

Development of a credit policy for a group of companies;

Liquidity management of a group of companies;

Automation of financial accounting processes in a group of companies;

Requirements:

Education: higher (finance, economics);

Experience from 5 years in this or similar position, preferably in the field of financial technologies or in the banking sector;

Experience in managing the financial department of the company;

Knowledge of financial management accounting systems and implementation of accounting policies in the company;

Knowledge of IFRS and understanding of the basics of accounting;

Knowledge of methods for analyzing and assessing the financial performance of organizations

Knowledge of financial performance planning and budgeting;

Sincere love to numbers and tables, the ability to correctly read the numbers and justify their occurrence J

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel;

Knowledge of English and Russian is not below of intermediate.
