Job description
- Organize and chair Crew training workshops;
- Take decisions regarding Crew training planning issues;
- Issue Crew training schedules and training duty assignments;
- To update Crew training validity in rostering system;
- Check training validity in rostering system, transfer data to training certificates and training records;
- Provide VP Crew Training certificates and training records in accordance with instructors reports for approval;
- Create Crew members’ profiles in rostering system, update them with required personal information;
- Create Crew personal folders, update them with physical training records and other personal documents;
- Prepare relevant Initial Crew documents to Authority;
- Provide instructors with required training material;
- Responsible for the training material development;
- Organize instructors’ meetings; Gather Crew instructors’ working hours and provide monthly summary to HR department;
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities delegated by Head of Crew Training.
Requirements
- Secondary education;
- English language knowledge;
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
