We’re looking for a Swedish speaking Recruiter to join Talent Acquisition team for Europe & APAC. You will be responsible to actively manage, execute and oversee end to end recruiting process and support from the first request of the hiring manager until the position is filled in Outokumpu site in Sweden.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for proactive sourcing and ongoing relationship management with candidates as well as executing the entire recruiting and employer branding strategy in order to find the best possible candidates and fill positions on time.

Your role:

• Screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates
• Coordinating interviews for HR Business partners and Hiring managers, obtaining feedback and relaying to candidates in a timely manner
• Execute proactive candidate sourcing, facilitating the interview and hiring process, and provide staffing advice to hiring managers
• Maintaining talent pools, searching candidates for key positions and keeping frequent contact using different communication tools
• Implement any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting
• Help developing the global recruitment practice and collaborate with the international team by executing candidate attraction initiatives, improving the candidate experience, support and realize process improvements
• Creation of recruitment metrics / reports (ad-hoc and regular)

About you:

• Very good knowledge of written and verbal English and Swedish is a must
• Excellent MS-Office skills
• High Level of service orientation
• Problem-solver, self-driven, proactive team player with hands on mentality and customer at heart
• Proactive approach to finding solutions and driving process improvements

• Excellent communication skills

Outokumpu office is located in Vilnius but we offer the possibility to work remotely from other locations in Lithuania. In this role you will report to the Team Lead Talent Acquisition – Europe & APAC located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2000 EUR – 2500 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
