At the moment we are looking for IT Project Manager (Agile)!
What will make you successful in this role?
- Higher education in IT, mathematics or business management
- At least 3 years of experience in managing digital product development, team and deadlines
- Ability to manage the project during all its stages - from initiation to closure
- Ability to describe tasks (documentation) for a team of programmers and designers
- Ability to create visuals (e.g. wireframe)
- Ability to use the Jira project management system or equivalent
- Ability to apply Agile process management principles
- Experience to work with remote teams
- Programming knowledge (advantage)
- Personal technological product project (advantage)
- Verbal and written fluency in English
You will be responsible for:
- Setting project goals to our development and design teams, and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Embracing a lean and agile mindset on a team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- Project analysis (team velocity, project completion, etc.) and effective reporting internally
- Managing product backlog, creating user stories, bug reporting and testing
- Conducting risk assessments, analysis (retrospectives) for projects and implementing changes supporting continuous improvements
- Professional communication with both foreign and Lithuanian clients
