• As a Business Partner you will support the delivery of the ambitious business objectives of the hotel by locally delivering the strategic Financial agenda focused on financial management, accounting and reporting
• Ensure efficient and compliant Finance management according to Kempinski standards and local requirements.
• Maximize the use of the resources available and maintain a control environment
• Develop the annual business plan together with the General Manager and Executive Committee
• Supervise the annual internal and external audits
• Maintain, support and develop the team.

• University degree in Business administration / Finance / Accounting
• 3+ years in a Financial Controller / Head of Finance position in the international company
• Deep knowledge of financial & accounting requirements and taxation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure and/or challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Lithuanian and English is a must
• You are tech-savvy and comfortable with new technologies, systems and staying up to date with the latest industry trends & updates.
• In-depth knowledge of modern and complex principles and practices of hotel accounting and operations
• Experience in reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• Experience in Navision would be considered as an advantage.
