Better starts and ends with the customer

You will be conducting transaction investigations and performing Nostro reconciliation, working with various other financial products and solutions offered by the company and facilitating their delivery from an operational perspective as per defined guidelines and criteria.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you should have:

  • Post-secondary education in Business or Finance

  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Accuracy, detail orientation and proactive attitude

  • Ability to multitask, work accurately and independently to process large volumes of payments prior to deadlines

  • Fluency in English

  • Knowledge of SWIFT products and procedures

The annual gross base salary range is 12,566 – 17,250 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
