At the moment we are looking for IT RECRUITER!
What will make you successful in this role?
- At least 2 years of successful recruiting experience in IT sector
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ownership and responsibility of the recruitment process
- Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Full understanding of employment market situation – specifically in IT sector
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal (Russian language is a big plus)
- Ability to work simultaneously on a variety of tasks
- Curious and persistent mind, eager to grow and seeking for new challenges
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, job offers)
- Attract top talents using a variety of search methods to fill our technical and other positions
- Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the entire interview process, ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Manage long relationships with passive candidates
- Maintenance of candidate database
- Creation of recruitment metrics / reports
- Ensure highest standards of the organisation’s image internally and externally (during job interviews, advertisements, career fairs)
- Help investigating new ideas or process improvement to create innovative sourcing & recruitment strategies
- Help implementing Employer Branding strategy
- Assist with other HR tasks and projects
