What you will do:
- Support hiring managers and recruiters in organising and executing the full-cycle recruitment process;
- Source and screen candidates considered for different positions;
- Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, phone and video calls;
- Maintain our databases to ensure all data is captured, updated and reported accurately;
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
What We Expect:
- You have a strong thirst for knowledge and wish to grow in the recruitment field;
- Hands-on experience in working with Applicant Tracking Systems and platforms used to source/identify candidates would be an advantage;
- A caring team player, flexible and adaptable to rapid change;
- A persistent and positive person who can handle issues with a sense of humour.
