Lead Service Manager

We are looking for Lead Service Manager in Enterprise Workplace team, in Telia Global Services Lithuania, Vilnius.

I am Jennie Tolf and I am leading Enterprise Workplace team. We are passionate IT specialists, fun to be around individuals and a great team, aiming to deliver exciting & innovative solutions.

Your next challenge?

As a member of my team in our new open-space offices in Vilnius, you will be supporting our internal customers that are using technical solutions within the remit of our team. You will be involved in decision making, take part in strategy formation of Workplace Endpoint services (MAC, Win10 build, SCCM, Citrix) in Telia. You will participate in projects within this area, where you will have an opportunity to positively impact user experience and stability of our infrastructure. In the core of these deliverables and technologies will be your stakeholders and the team, whom you have to manage, guide and mentor. Working with people is your passion and you have great empathy, as well as understanding of human behavior. You easily find a common ground for a group of people and help them become a team, have a common goal, and deliver greatness. Your ambition is to help people become better at their job and develop their capabilities.

Our Endpoint team in Vilnius is exploring and safeguarding the services behind the newest technological solutions and you will be a part of it, driving Workplace Endpoint product group (MAC, Win10 build, SCCM, Citrix) to its maximum potential.

Your experience:

• Experience in people management, team building and multi-cultural team management
• Experience in service and stakeholder management
• Experience in finance forecasting
• Experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of ITIL
• Strong knowledge of SAFe
• Knowledge of MAC, Win10, SCCM, Citrix technologies
• You have a good grasp on technologies in Digital Workplace
• Developing a self-managed team is your priority
• Desired experience in goal settings according to the strategy
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)

We offer a monthly base salary from 3463 to 5195 eur/month gross plus annual bonuses, depending on your competencies, your and Telia results. Additionally, each Telia Global Services Lithuania employee receives additional employee benefits package which includes:
