RPA Developer

Right now, we are looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer for Enterprise Back Office provisioning area.

I am Andrius Jurkšaitis and I am leading the Enterprise Back Office unit. We are responsible for multiple IT Services including access provisioning and identity management across Telia Company. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member.

The IT Back Office team is on an exciting change journey to improve, modernize and consolidate the Telia Company's access provisioning services and identity management processes. In this dedicated and energetic international team, we need you – a key player, who is ambitious, focused on simplification, strives for continues improvement and automaton.

RPA Developer will be responsible for creating, developing, leading, and managing automation processes, second part of responsibility is sharing knowledge and best practices of RPA within the current team to enhance the skill transformation journey in creating fully functioning manual provisioning automation hub. This multiplicity opens a tremendous opportunity to deliver significant and transforming improvements across Telia's footprint.

Your main responsibilities as an RPA Developer will be:

• Develop and maintain new and existing processes using best practices and principles that are efficient, maintainable, and well structured.

• Troubleshooting incidents and communicating with Telia Company RPA hub

• Training and Assisting team members with knowledge, experience, and ways of working with RPA related questions.

• Organizing and leading escalations if required

• Participate in Telia RPA community forums to seek knowledge and share experience.

Who are you?

The perfect candidate for this position should have the experience of creating RPA processes from scratch and be passionate to assist other team members in their journey to becoming junior RPA developers.

Your experience:

• Experience with RPA software development (preferably Blue Prism)

• Fluent in English (verbal and written)

• Proven track record of several successful process automation

• Process optimization and simplification

• Excellent team collaboration skills and ability to increase team's skillset

• Knowledge and/or experience of Agile framework is an advantage

Working in this position you will receive a base salary 3463 - 5195 Eur (gross) plus annual bonuses depending on your competencies and your and Telia results. Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefits package which includes:
