An international company focused on utilities, infrastructure and commodities sectors with offices in London, New York and a research partner in Vilnius is seeking an individual to assist with office assistance. Candidate should have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently, as a part of an international team. Handling time-sensitive requests will be highly valued in candidates.
Requirements:
• Fluency in English with very strong written and verbal communication skills (C1-C2 levels)
• Candidates with a BSc degree in English Philology, Public Relations, Marketing are highly valued
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Potential Tasks:
• Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
• Great communication skills
• Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required
• Coordinating events as necessary
• Maintaining supply inventory
• Maintaining office equipment as needed
