Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with customers and internal software and data teams to create player and operator insights
• Model player and operator engagement and monetization via data collection, processing, analytics, and probability/predictive models
• Partner with all team members including engineers, business partners, and product managers
• Benchmark and provide competitive analysis on the market to identify new/effective engagement and monetization models and dashboards
• Ensure appropriate data quality and model training for accuracy, precision, fit
• Assist in testing and fixing data, metrics, models and provide thorough feedback on quality
• Help improve process around innovation, analytics and predictive modeling for player engagement and operator monetization
Required Qualifications:
• Experience with creating player engagement, retention, and monetization workflows
• Knowledge of probability theories and mathematical statistics
• Expert level experience in Python or R for mathematical modeling and data visualization
• Experience with client facing communication using reports, dashboards that explain situations
• Solid time-management, organizational skill, and attention to detail
• Candor, integrity, and a collegial approach to work
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in improving iGaming operations based on data-driven techniques
• Experience working in a highly motivated fast paced environment
• Ability to work remotely as well as in-office
