COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SPECIALIST

- Be involved in the Employee remuneration management process.
- Be responsible for the development of Short-term incentive programs.
- Develop and coordinate the set of Key Performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and control the FTE and payroll budget.
- Be responsible for Data analysis and reporting.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance / economics / mathematics or similar field.
- At least 1 year working experience in remuneration management, budgeting or financial analysis.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
