Core responsibilities:

- Looking for new clients, organizing meetings;
- Presenting functional products with the highest quality and design;
- Creating long-term relationships and supporting our customers with knowledge and service;
- Analising each customer's situation to come up with the best solution;
- Helping company to develop new unique product concepts with your insights;
- After learning everything yourself, puting together a team that you will lead;
- Building up Lithuanian branch;
- Being an active leader, training and motivating and educating salespeople and upcoming leaders;
- Working in team with the Estonian branch management;
- Being responsible for budget and profit goals.

Requirements:

- Good English - for communication with managers;
- Very good social skills;
- Energy, positivity, courage, work ethic;
- Competitive and social skills;
- Self-discipline. Efficiency and determination to achieve your goal.
