RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Keeping MS Office templates up to date, modify existing templates as well as developing new ones in accordance with KPMG branding standards
- Support and help manage KPMG’s in house tools: template library, KPMG Toolbars in MS Word and MS Powerpoint
- Implement new tool for the management of Proposals in MS Powerpoint
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good understanding of templates, template design and knowledge of Visual Basic
- Experience from producing/working with reports of a high visual standard
- Good communication skills, understanding the needs of end users as well as the guidelines and rules specific to KPMG and branding
- Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills
- Higher education degree in IT field
