RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with clients to understand their business objectives & prepare project proposals;
- Selecting the appropriate research methodology and supporting techniques to meet a defined client business objective;
- Developing the most appropriate research instrument to achieve the objectives of the study;
- Working closely with vendors & research team ensuring successful project execution;
- Building data-based recommendations to support business decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Substantial knowledge in quantitative and qualitative research methodology;
- A comprehensive understanding of technical aspects of research (experience in Market Research industry would be an advantage);
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy;
- A proven track record of turning complex business & marketing issues into simple and actionable recommendation;
- Experience in client relationship management;
- Working command of English and Lithuanian (verbal and written);
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS/SAS (experience in statistical modeling and analysis would be an advantage);
- Ambition to grow and develop in analytics, market research and management.
