As a Brand Manager you will serve and delight consumer needs by supporting the development of strong Brands KITKAT, LION, AFTER EIGHT and others through efficient and effective implementation of Brand Activities.  

A day in the life of Brand Manager

  • Prepare & execute short-term and long-term brand marketing strategy & tactics according to agreed brand objectives in volume, market shares, profitability, and brand communication KPIs, work closely with cross functional team (Sales, Category Management team). Evaluate post-launch campaigns, refine effectiveness and efficiencies of plans 
  • Identify specific brand portfolio strategy, contribute to pricing and promotional strategy, propose brand portfolio for key customers within different channels 
  • Manage full ATL and coordinate BTL marketing 
  • Coordinate and cooperate with external agency partners 
  • Closely cooperate with regional teams looking for synergies in portfolio, communications, and other areas. Cascade and adapt corporate tasks to the Baltics market 
  • Perform analysis of relevant brand performance data (marketing research, sales, communication performance, trade environment) to identify and leverage key insights for business opportunities 

What will make YOU successful?

  • At least 3-year experience in brand management (experience in FMCG industry would be considered as an advantage) 
  • Proven ability for multi-project management and analytical skills 
  • Profound presentation and communication skills 
  • Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages 
  • Proactive team-player with fast learning abilities 
  • Driver’s license
