ABOUT COMPANY:

OUR CLIENT - Civitta is leading management consultancy company that supports companies interested in operating on the international level. They provide high-quality fact-based and analytically rigorous consulting services for private and public sector clients and help them challenge their industries by becoming more innovative, efficient, and dynamic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Effectively coach juniors, share experience, and allow to learn from him/her;
Create valid methodologies for analysis;
Effectively guide the team on what, when, by whom needs to be done;
Lead effective discussions and brainstorming sessions, share ideas and guide analysis, challenge clients if needed;
Lead the discussions with clients and take ownership during meetings;
Clearly define objectives for project (s), know and proactively manage resources and time, delegate effectively and have authority.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance or related field;
Experience in project and team management;
3-5 years of experience working in analytics, market research, management consulting or related field;
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships with clients and resolve difficult situations;
Working command of English and Lithuanian.
