Responsibilities
• Cooperate with hiring managers team in identifying recruitment needs
• Define and review job descriptions, post and manage open positions
• Manage the recruitment process and ensure to fill in open positions (source, headhunt, interview, and select talents)
• Manage external and internal communication channels
• Ensure candidate and newcomer experience within the process
• Create and monitor prospective talent pipeline
• Initiate, participate and monitor Talent attraction and retention projects
Requirements
• Experience in IT recruitment not less than 2 years
• LinkedIn expert
• Fluent and pleasant communication
• Proficiency in sourcing, negotiating and hiring
• Attentions to details and organizational skills
