Nasdaq is currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Investment Intelligence - Finance Team in Vilnius. As Finance Manager You will be tasked to implement organization strategies through the effective direction and management of resources, while being accountable for the business strategies, functional or operational areas, processes or programs. The team consist of highly talented and motivated people based in Vilnius and the US.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Works with the team to deliver monthly accounting closes and forecasts processes as well as annual budget activities
• Motivates, develops, recruits and retains employees while rewarding and cultivating a culture of high performing teams
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors and managers
• Creates and consolidates reports to fulfill the need for financial follow up, business planning and business control within the organization
• Collaborates with other levels of management and other departments to drive business process improvements, works to create effective work processes
• Ensures timely, accurate and complete reporting to appropriate parties regarding the team’s operations
• Maintains discipline within the team to ensure that every member of the group acts in a manner consistent with the organization’s code of conduct and cultural norms.
• Ensuring that the team maintains the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the necessary work
• Establishes formal goals for each employee to achieve within established timeframes and conducts regular meetings with employees to review progress.
• Participates in improving the reporting structure such as product hierarchy, department structure and headcount allocation
• Conducts a complex analysis of standard business and financial decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience
• Solid command of Excel and Oracle Financial Planning is a must
• Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableu) is not required, but preferred
• Willingness to learn and deliver impact in a fast paced growing organization

Monthly salary (Gross): 3700 - 4300 EUR, other bonuses apply.
