Job Description

Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, Poland & Baltics. Logistic Specialist Baltics will:
• Manage the country inbound, warehousing, co-packing and distribution processes, control costs;
• Manage invoices and inventory to maximize stock reliability and accuracy within minimized costs;
• Maintain logistics service provider relations;
• Collect and analyze functional KPIs, propose improvement actions;
• Reconcile shipping pallets outstanding with customers, initiate disputes.

For this role as an Logistic Specialist Baltics we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics (preferred);
• Analytical skills, allowing you to understand complex issues;
• Attention to quality and details;
• Working knowledge of PC computer systems MS Office;
• Good communication and time management skills;
• Good written and verbal communication in English (B2 level);
• True team player;
• Positive energy, optimism and enthusiasm.
• Experience in logistics will be a plus;
• SAP knowledge will be a plus.

A fixed-term contract for 1 year.
