Better requires process discipline and simplification
We'll be looking to you to be part of our highly skilled Global Design and Development team. As part of this team, you will develop graphic and media learning solutions (eLearning courses, job aids, etc.) that help our employees grow. You will get to work daily with powerful software and design tools such as Articulate360 and the Adobe Creative Suite. You will help design, develop, and implement our learning catalog of compliance and professional development training for new and existing WU employees.
We need you to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in developing eLearning courses, and proven knowledge and experience with development software tools such as Articulate360 and Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, you will need experience reviewing and analyzing corporate learning programs, making recommendations, and executing/implementing solutions. A passion for providing excellent customer service is a must! Please be prepared to share a professional portfolio or samples of past work.

The annual gross base salary range is 20,786 – 32,615 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
