Join our European Regional Operations Centre (EUROC) Agent Implementation team as an Agent Database Administrator. Play a key role in maintaining the consistency of databases amongst Western Union and central banks. Carry out complex and critical work that has a direct impact on our operations.

With a degree in exact sciences or business administration, you will be confident working with AS400, WUAMS, IBIS, and AgeOne databases. You will have knowledge of database design or administration, technical support, or software development, and you'll be a fluent English speaker and a clear communicator. This role requires awareness and understanding of security and control policies for specific agents, countries, and regions.

The annual gross base salary range is 10 891 - 18 670 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
