Overall Role Mandate:

As a Jr. Sales Coordinator, you will report to the Sales Operations Manager with your focus and responsibility being in supporting the expanding Lithuanian and Latvian Sales teams. The successful applicant will be a dynamic, administrative professional, who desires working in a team environment which allows you to demonstrate your skills and provides the opportunity to progress your career. Ideally the successful applicant will have Administration and/or Sales experience, but above all a motivated, driven personality, committed to exceeding expectations and displaying initiative to engage within all areas of the Sales team. Your ability to effectively communicate and plan will be essential and form the basis of your success. You will have the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders building relationships based on trust, gained through hard work and effective execution of tasks.

Your role will encompass the following:

  • Creating Sales orders
  • Re-creating cancelled Sales order
  • Creating non-warranty Service orders
  • Picking the main phone line
  • Entering/updating account data in SF
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian, bonus would be Latvian and/or Russian
  • Serve as a liaison between remote sales representatives and office-based staff
  • Manage data quality in Salesforce

What We Are Looking For:

  • Completed or enrolled in a post-secondary program of relevance to the position
  • Previous Administration or Sales experience an asset
  • Previous experience in Salesforce or Dynamics365 CRM is an asset
  • Ability to work under the pressure of constant deadlines and last-minute revisions
  • Organizational skills, as well as the ability to work quickly and accurately in a highly independent position
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills required
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  •  Superior attention to detail and customer service skills
  •  Fluent in and Lithuanian and English, Latvian and/or Russian is a strong plus
