Client Support and Supply Specialist (Pharmaceutics)

Our client is a reputable pharmaceutics company, looking for an experienced operational and customer service specialist. The main business area of the company covers wholesale and distribution of generic and OTC medicines, specialty care medicines and food supplements.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
Communicating with customers by phone and e-mail, on regular basis;
Taking ownership of customer requests and issue resolution related to distribution;
Preparing sales orders in ERP system and aligning delivery requirements with the warehouse;
Issuing of the company’s internal documents and orders;
Registering the documents received.

Good MS Excel skills (Higher than average);
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Professional communication and problem-solving skills;
Good documentation and information management skills;
An ability to work under pressure by identifying priorities for the company;
Logical thinking, accuracy and attention to detail;
Fluent spoken and written English and Lithuanian.

Competitive salary of 1200 Eur/month net;
Open-end fixed-term job contract (at least 6 months) with a possibility of permanent position later;
