Accountant

We are looking for a mid level accountant with 3+ years experience in medium sized service oriented companies, who is used to doing the broad spectrum of accounting work and is a wizard with structuring data and reporting information.

Getting financial data in the system is one thing, making sense out of it for people who naturally don’t understand numbers is an important part of the mission. Supporting the management team with creating budgets, forecasts and financial reports will make you essential in the team. Your curiosity and in depth questions will reveal the company’s growth potential in a very competitive and exciting market. Your communicative skills will make a financial report read like poetry. Your knowldege in IFRS would be an advantage.

We would highly appreciate you to be focused on quality, self-driven and initiative. Also, analytical mindset and problem-solving skills – are qualifications we are looking for.

Within Present Connection you will work independently yet closely with Finance director, me and the rest of the management team. You are able to process, advise, report and be of help to others that need your structured and result driven abilities and attitude.

Responsibilities:
You will be creating periodical financial reports like cashflow, budgets, quarterly and annual financial statements. Help others to create reports for their line of responsibilities;
Be the first point of contact for the CEO and the management team for all financial matters;
Have ownership for administrative and reporting systems, we currently work with Rivile GAMA;
Control the financial and business processes within the organization, conduct daily banking and other accountant activities;
Offer and implement improvements in current accounting processes;
Create reports on HR related topics, like staff holidays and absence balance;
Arrange employee contracts and all formalities and amendments related to that;
Complete tax forms and periodical declarations according to all applicable LT laws, file reports to the tax authorities;
Implement and maintain archiving and its security at the Company in accordance with the Rules of Processing and Use of Personal Data and the Description of Data Processing Actions.

This job is half-time (0,5 workday), gross salary is 1000-1400 eur/month, depending on your experience.
