The Global Operations, Application Management Group is responsible for daily business operations support. The group supports system start-up and shut down, change management and incident management, problem resolution, configuration management, application support, and application deployment. This includes Technical Operations and Application Monitoring of several platforms in a 24/6 environment for both internal and external customers. The team is also responsible for creating and maintaining operational documentation and following procedures in accordance with company and industry guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of
• experience with command-line experience in Linux
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with at least one of the configuration management and deployment automation concepts and tools - CHEF, Puppet, Ansible, GIT
• A minimum of 1 year experience in areas such as Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the following: Python, Unix/Linux shell scripting, JavaScript, PowerShell, or another programming language
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with at least one of the following: code repository management, code merge, quality checks, CI through pipeline creation, automated deployment, management (using Jenkins, Gitlab, Maven or other similar tools)
• Degree qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications relevant for the role is a plus.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other Cloud infrastructure environment
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
• knowledge of network topologies, security concepts and a strong knowledge of data communications (TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN’s, LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, Multicast).
• Experience with Infrastructure Automation using Terraform, Ansible, or other comparable tools
• Experience with Containerization and Orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or other comparable tools
• Experience with monitoring and analytic tools such as Splunk, Datadog, and Prometheus a plus
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting real-time applications.

Monthly salary (Gross): 3000 - 3300 Eur, other bonuses apply.

A valid working permit for the EU is mandatory.
