In this role, you’ll get to:
- Day-to-day management of the team reviewing customer onboarding, screenings and payments related cases
- Maintain proper KPIs and SLAs of the team
- Taking care of team vibe and being proactive while shaping team culture reflecting the general culture of the company
- Conduct regular team and 1:1 meetings with the team members
- Be a liaison between the team and Quality Assurance function and disputes handling;
- Oversight of tools and systems used by the team on a daily basis
- Development of procedural basis used by the team, based on the policies and procedures shaped by the MLRO and Compliance officer
- Manage the logs, records and documents of whole compliance team
- Provide assistance in preparing the regular AML assessments, audits and other reports to MLRO and Compliance officer
- Carrying out other tasks set by the MLRO and Compliance officer
- Constantly provide feedback on possible/needed processes/procedures changes and improvements.
What do you need:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial crimes compliance at a regulated financial institution
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidance governing customer identification and related processes
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English
- Proven people management skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills, good organizational and time management skills
- Professional experience with corporate clients preferable
- Professional experience with cryptocurrencies is advantageous but not required
- Professional certification (e.g., ACAMS, ICA) is advantageous but not required.
