Your responsibilities:

  • Office administration
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing 
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls 
  • Ordering of stationery, various goods required for kitchenettes, food and etc. 
  • Preparation, processing, and archiving of documentation 
  • Assistance to company managers and employees 
  • Welcome visitors by greeting them as well as direct them to the appropriate person and office


  • Higher Education
  • At least 1 year of administrative work experience
  • Excellent computer skills, clerical knowledge
  • Good communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team
  • Ability to plan activities and prioritize tasks
  • Quick orientation, responsible approach to work, initiative, diligence
  • Good English language skills, both oral and written
