RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling SWIFT queries of received or sent-out Cross border payments;
- Investigating, analyzing, and resolution of transaction screening alerts;
- Identifying possible patterns and schemes of attempts to breach financial sanctions;
- Monitoring and escalating payment related issues;
- Participation in process improvement (lean, robotics, automatization);
- Daily communication with our stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education or final year student (ability to work full time);
- Fluent English, speaking, writing, and understanding;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meaning to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods;
- Critical mindset and attention to details;
- Payments processing experience would be an advantage.
