The IT Business Analyst will be joining the Luminor Finance Business Information Unit, which is responsible for the business development and implementation of Accounting and Reporting processes in Luminor’s systems.
The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for data and business requirements management for AnaCredit reporting according to the changes required by regulators as well as overseeing and facilitating the proper implementation of business requirements in the Luminor regulatory reporting landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Create, analyse, and validate AnaCredit reporting requirements in the context of Luminor’s systems
- Facilitate requirement discussions and design sessions with the required stakeholders and implementation teams
- Deliver elements of system design such as data migration rules, business rules, data mappings as necessary to reach compliance with the regulator’s requirements
- Identify dependencies and synergies between different process and system changes impacting AnaCredit reporting
Skills and experience:
- 3-5 years professional experience in the IT/Finance field
- Good business knowledge about banking products, e.g. Lending, Leasing and Factoring
- Experience with regulatory requirements or particularly with AnaCredit
- Understanding software development processes, Agile, data warehouse and financial reporting solutions
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Eye for detail, precise and meticulous attitude toward deliveries
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication
