The Procurement Manager will join Procurement Department within Luminor's Finance Division. Department is responsible for driving Baltic procurement activities in all areas within Luminor Group. 

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions
  • Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
  • Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
  • Take responsibility for solving procurement related questions and issues
  • Ensure proper archiving of procurement documentation
  • Prepare procurement memos for decision making
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Support and collaborate with other categories procurement managers
  • Carry out Banking services and IT category RFI's / RFP's
  • Prepare presentations to management on procurement strategies and decisions
  • Build procurement strategies in Banking services/IT categories

Skills and experience:

  • Higher education in finance, economics, business management or similar field
  • Experience working in IT and/or Banking procurement areas will be concidered as advantage
  • Advanced English: fluent in all spoken and written communication
  • Be confident to deal with internal stakeholders and positively influence them
  • Experience in risk management, compliance, internal control functions
  • Strong in problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Be able to show initiative, a high-level of responsibility and take ownership for problem solving
  • Strong project management skills
  • Negotiation skills
