Private Banking Account Manager

Member of Private Banking Team responsible for providing high quality daily service to Private Banking customers according to strategy and business objectives. To ensure long-term relationship with bank`s wealthy customers by taking responsibility for particular customer portfolio and by supporting Private Bankers` and Wealth Managers activities.

Responsible for welcoming PB customers, clarifying customer needs and providing service according to Luminor's customer service standard and procedures;
Provides solutions and sells bank products and services;
Follow Luminor's values(curiosity, focus and collaboration) with colleagues and clients;
Maintain level of theoretical and practical knowledge according to job description;
Performance of work duties according to the internal rules and instructions set by the employer;
Carrying out other work duties relating to the basic tasks of the position, according to orders of the head of the unit and/or team lead within the limits of working time;
Provide daily tasks support to private banker, taking care of customer relationships;
Provide professional and successful meetings with customers;
Provide customers with daily banking services;

Higher education: Business management, Economy or other
Knowledge of banking services and products
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
