MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan and manage online media advertising campaigns;
Oversee the client’s digital performance and understand the company’s expectations;
Develop the overall strategy for a client to ensure both the ad account and website are optimized for the highest conversion rate possible;
Work within client budget to achieve phenomenal results;
Collaborate with the creative team to create perfect advertising;
Market and customer research to come up with new ideas;
Report on campaign results, analyse data, and present actionable insights.

REQUIREMENTS:

University degree (would be an advantage);
2+ years experience of successful work in the field of digital advertising;
Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and experience with Google Analytics;
Good Lithuanian and English language skills;
Knowledge of MS office;
Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
Perfect time management skills;
Teamwork skills and communicability.
