What You Will Do:
- Assist with new hires onboarding processes and offboarding;
- Update internal HR databases;
- Prepare HR documentation and communicate with employees about their documentation & related questions;
- Assist HR Manager in developing overall Human Resources policies, procedures and systems;
- Help team members in other HR-related processes.
What We Expect:
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or other relevant role;
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
- Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision making;
- A person who has a thirst for knowledge;
- Fluency in English;
- Savage sense of humor.
