Responsibilities:

  • Payroll data collection, validation, submission and subsequent checking (payroll system ALGA and Workday);
  • Updating internal documentation;
  • Responsible for the accurate filing and storing of employee data according to the respective data protection requirements (GDPR). This will mostly be hard copy paper filing;
  • Ensure administrative compliance with local regulations and authorities;
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed;
  • Participation in various HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Possibility to work full time (I-V, 8:00 - 17:00);
  • Fluent LT, EN (B2);
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Higher Education or last year student;
  • 0,5 year administrative or customer service experience.

Company offers:

  • Comfortable office: V. A. Graičiūno g. 8, LT-02241 Vilnius;
  • Gross salary 1500-1650 eur/mon gross;
  • Onboarding;
  • Temporary contract till the end of the 2021, with possibility to expand.

Working hours: I-V, 8:00-17:00.
