Are you eager to work in close collaboration with global team members to provide the best customer experience?
We are looking for Junior Operations Officer within Buying and Owning Real Estate Nordic area. Here we are responsible for handling various tasks when Danske Bank customer is buying or selling a property in Norway.
This is a great opportunity for you to build your knowledge about various financing products we provide for our customers. In addition to that, you will be able to participate in multiple internal team projects for continuous improvement of processes and the quality of the services.
Skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to work under routine job conditions
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to share your knowledge
- Fluent English (both written and oral)
- Norwegian language skills would be considered as an advantage
- Work experience in a back-office would be considered an advantage

- Processing various tasks for private customers in Norway
- Daily communication with colleagues in Lithuania and Norway
- Taking responsibility to maintain high-quality services for our customers
- Collaboration within the team and contribute to the overall result
- Participation in process improvement initiatives

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 960 EUR to 1440 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
