WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate and manage debt collection process in mogo LT/Renti companies
- Develop and apply policies and procedures to manage and optimize debt collection efforts for active customers to achieve company's objectives
- Manage teams in soft debt collection, repossession, and unsecured debt management processes
- Monitor team performance on a daily basis and report to direct manager
- Analyse and work with team to improve the results and attain target KPI’s in debt collection cycle
- Request and coordinate required changes in internal systems with IT team
- Ensure efficient cooperation with external partners, as well as between local internal teams
- Handle difficult and complex customer complaints
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- University Degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Social Sciences or similar
- Good command of English language
Excellent organizational, problem solving and management skills - Good command of Excel and basic reporting
- Hands-on approach and "getting things done" mindset
- High attention to detail, preciseness, ability to plan and clearly organize work process for the whole team
- Ability to work independently, self-managing, ability to work under pressure
- 2+ years working experience in team manager role (consumer lending or B2C debt collection sector would be considered as an advantage)
- Preferably: holder of a mindset where manual job is replaced by technological tools
