Your place at Ria
As Transaction Review Analyst, you will be joining a dynamic department and part of a global team, reporting to the Transaction Review Manager. You will establish procedures that warrant the no use of the Money transfer operations for money laundering, terrorist finance and any other illegal activities.
Your common tasks
Transactions Review and Analysis
· Identify any possible unusual activity, using the tools provided by the company and the knowledge of the current legislation related to money laundering in every country where Ria operates.
· Receive, analyze, and report the orders detected as unusual to warrant the legal compliance of every wire.
· Review the documents sent by the customers and assure that it is correct, complete, and meet the company and the correspondent (paying agents) intern policies.
· Release the orders after review they meet all the legal and policies requirements.
Work effectively with Customers and Correspondents
· Work together and maintain a constant and fluent communication with the correspondents to warrant a better customer service.
· Communicate the customers the reason why the order status has been placed on hold and request the necessary documents to release the order.
· Send to the correspondent all documents in case they requested.
Customer Service
· Receive and make calls from/to customers and clarify doubts about the order status.
Your qualifications
Excellent Oral and written communications skills in: French/English
Ability to work in teams.
Analytical and focused person
Multitasking and organizing skills
Oriented to meet rigorously the current legislation
Bachelor's degree
Work experience in any Operations Department is a plus.
