Interactio is expanding and looking for a Senior Content Manager to join their amazing team! You might have seen them in top world conferences, disrupting events and meetings industry with a multilingual remote solutions platform. Up to date, Interactio remote simultaneous interpretation services have been used to interpret and stream over 40K events, connecting 978+ thousand listeners in more than 111 countries. Some of their happy clients include Youtube, European Institutions, Mary Kay, Microsoft, Google, Mastercard, Lush, TEDX, Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins, Jordan Belford, and we’re hungry for more!

The main responsibilities

• Develop a content strategy that aligns with Interactio business goals
• Build content funnels & strategize content pillars for all sections of the website
• Lead and grow a team of copywriters and work with freelancers & agencies if needed
• Edit content drafts, write content briefs, and provide feedback to the stakeholders
• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Social Media, and Marketing to align short and long-term marketing goals
• Use data analytics to track content performance and optimize existing content
• Conduct content audits and ensure consistent brand voice

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in content creation/copywriting/editing
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of content creators
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills
• Proven experience in handling and strategizing content marketing campaigns
