About Project

You as a Senior BI Developer will be responsible for working with stakeholders to identify and define key performance metrics (KPIs) and translate them into actionable reports and dashboards. This role is also responsible for data discovery, ad hoc analysis, building analytic models and star schema design, as well as data transformation and loading of the data warehouse through ETL and ELT technologies and methodologies. Last, this role will have the opportunity to build analytic and predictive models to influence improved business performance. You will have an opportunity to use the latest cloud technology platforms in Data Warehouses, BI Tools, ETL Tools, etc. In addition to using the latest cloud tools, you will learn marketing from a world class marketing organization.

You will be responsible for:

• Identify business needs and define KPIs by collaborating with end users, stakeholders and technology.
• Identify and understand source data systems and become an expert of data sources and flows.
• Identify and develop all mappings and data movement within the client’s eco-system.
• Build and maintain data visualizations, reports and dashboards using Looker or Tableau.
• Build and maintain analytic and predictive models to assist various business units in identifying improvements in marketing or sales.
• Work directly with end-users for requirements gathering, training, on-boarding.
• Review, assess current state and identify improvement opportunities and best practice.
• Perform other tasks as needed within the broader Data and BI teams. Examples include, ETL, and ELT, building and maintaining analytic and predictive models, and troubleshoot database performance issues.
In addition, as we are growing our Lithuania’s team, there is an opportunity to have some additional leadership responsibilities and help us grow BI team in Lithuania, if you would be interested in going that direction.

We expect you:

• have at least 3 years of working experience with BI tools (such as Looker, Tableau, Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc.).
• are proficient in either Tableau or Looker.
• are proficient in creating and analyzing complex SQL queries.
• have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• have ETL or API experience (advantage).
• have experience in a cloud-based environment (advantage).
• have marketing and/or SAAS analytics experience, including Direct Marketing, Ad-Tech, or similar experiences.
• have experience with Salesforce,Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Zuora (advantage).
• are fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• have some previous leadership experience (advantage).
