About Project

As a Mobile Developer you will be working on development and support of client’s mobile application including the following:

• Supporting 3 flavors of Membership
• Big focus on Virtual Membership users (training platform including video on demand, live streaming, etc.)
• Customization of Analytics and App testing

You as an Android Developer will:

• design and build applications for Android platforms
• ensure performance and quality of the application
• collaborate with cross functional team to define and design the app
• perform checks on correct functionality of app
• integrate application with backend tools such as cloud, APIs and push notifications
• help to maintain code quality, organization and automation
• be responsible for providing prototypes and proofs of concepts
• use encryption tools to safeguard content

We expect you:

• have bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent industry experience
• have 5+ years of experience in software design & development
• have 3+ years of experience developing native apps for Android
• have excellent hands on skills with Android application development and testing tools
• have excellent knowledge of working with dynamic data using services (e.g., JSON, REST APIs, etc)
• have experience performance profiling and tuning consumer facing mobile applications
• have excellent hands on skills with Android application development tools, including Android Studio, Android SDK and ADT
• have get-it-done self-starter attitude
• are good communicator (in English) and team player with strong organizational skills
• proactively helps drive innovation within the company
• have strong sense of software architecture and ability to thrive large codebases on large teams

It would be considered as advantage if you:

• have experience integrating with Maven and using other third party frameworks tools and SDKs, such as Retrofit, RxJava and Glide
• have experience with continuous delivery in mobile, including Test- or Behavior-Driven Design, code review, static analysis, continuous integration, automation and functional testing.
• are a mastery of UIKit, CoreAnimation, Combine and Foundation Libraries
• have experience with authenticated sessions using OAuth and authentication tokens
• have experience with iOS development
• have experience with agile methodology
