This is a great opportunity to lead a group of professionals within Asset Management Operations value chain. In our set up every employee belongs to the specific global team headed by the functional manager. As the hub lead you will work closely with all these functional managers in order to ensure full local HR support for the team members based in Lithuania. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the employee journey while at the same time facilitating the strengthening of a value chain.
This position will be anchored in the Asset Management Operations area within Strategy, Operations & Business Controls, and will also be an integral part of Large Corporates & Institutions Business Hub in Lithuania.
LC&I Business Hub is a part of global business unit serving largest Danske Bank corporate & institutional customers & prospects. We work in a global team’s setup where cross-country competences are combined to support our customers’ needs in many areas such as transaction banking, asset management, research & data analytics, sales consultancy, etc.
Skills
We expect you to have a positive proactive approach to your daily work. It is a prerequisite that you demonstrate a high level of integrity and accountability towards your goals, but also in your interaction with colleagues and other stakeholders. Our focus is to be working together on common criteria for success.
We expect that you have:
- 3+ years of working experience in the asset management, investment funds administration, markets services or depository services area
- Higher education in Investment / Finance / Economics / Strategic Management or other relevant fields
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in leading/managing/building a diverse team
- Solid stakeholder management skills, with comfort to interact with and challenge stakeholders on all seniority levels
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken)

We will ensure that exact salary offered for you will be based on your qualifications, competencies, professional experience and requirements for the corresponding job function (salary range from 2920 EUR to 4380 EUR gross EUR/monthly).
