You will be a part of the Compliance Governance, Policies & Training Team based in Copenhagen. The team works closely with other teams in Group Compliance, as well as with a broad range of stakeholders across all lines of business. The position can be based in either Copenhagen or Vilnius.

The Group Compliance function provides 2nd Line oversight for Regulatory, Financial Crime & Conduct Risks and works together, as part of a global organization. We deliver on the Group’s regulatory commitments and responsibilities to maintain the trust of our customers, stakeholders and society. The Compliance function consists of over 350 employees across all business units and countries.

In Governance, Policies & Training we are looking for a Compliance Project Manager, Service Level Agreement (SLA) to support the team in enhancing and operationalising SLAs between Group Compliance and internal service recipients. In this role, you will play an essential role in delivering ad hoc GPT projects and initiatives.

Your role is integral in maintaining sound governance arrangements in an area of heightened visibility and focus, both within the Group and from regulators. You will report to the Head of Governance Service Delivery and support with day-to-day tasks.

You will:

  • Handle the drafting and approval process for all SLAs between Group Compliance, subsidiaries and branches (preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams and activities)
  • Initiate and handle the review cycle for all GC SLAs in line with the annual schedule and adjusting for any changes in project scope schedule
  • Maintain a broad stakeholder network to ensure timely review and approval of SLAs
  • Handle and document ad hoc reviews of GC SLAs as well as complaints handling regarding the provision and or breach of any service agreements
  • Develop and maintain a detailed service catalogue of GC services
  • Develop and deliver insightful reporting and analysis to GC management, as well as, service providers and receivers across the range of GC services
  • Support alignment and cross-pollination of best practice across other SLA governance processes and approaches
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and expectations in relation to intragroup outsourcing and service provision
  • Identify opportunities for MI automation to bring greater self-service for service providers and recipients

About you:

  • Foundation in contract management and the ability to sustain a broad network of stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions including senior management
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Jira
  • Great contract and project management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to develop presentation material
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks under time pressure, while maintaining attention to detail
  • A background or qualifications in Contract Law, Outsourcing, Operations Management, Third Party Risk Management or Compliance would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Danish or other international requirements related to outsourcing (e.g. EBA Guideline on Outsourcing) is desirable
  • Qualifications in a project management discipline (not essential but would be an advantage)

Monthly salary range from 2240 EUR to 3360 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
