We are looking for a Finance assistant to support our financial department. The responsibilities of a finance assistant include processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the Accounting Department;
• Processing and preparing financial statements;
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, dealing with invoices, processing the mail, etc.;
• Financial & statistics analysis & reporting;
• Weekly & monthly expenses data preparation;
• Supporting team with payment, accounting, billing-related matters;
• Close collaboration with Financial Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or finance;
• Work experience In Finances, Accounting and reporting
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software;
• Good planning and organizational skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Detail-oriented;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility;
• Ability to resolve problems and queries quickly and efficiently.
