Metida is looking for a candidate eager to learn and grow fast.

• Optimize Metida process efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, system enhancements and best practice sharing
• Administrate CRM system (Salesforce.com) by adding new users, setting necessary permissions, and providing trainings on system’s functionalities when needed
• Develop and maintain CRM system (Salesforce.com) by creating new processes (flows) and modifying existing ones
• Build and maintain reporting (in Power BI)

• A degree in IT, Mathematics, Computer Science, other relevant
• Experience working with CRM Software, SQL, BI tools or similar
• Eye for detail, precise and meticulous attitude toward deliveries
• Desire to learn best Salesforce practices and improve your developing and testing skills
• Experience working with Salesforce CRM will be an advantage
