IT Change Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Control the lifecycle of all IT Changes
• Change Manager authorizes, documents, and controls all changes in the IT services, the  IT infrastructure, and their components over the change lifecycle, in order to maintain a minimum amount of interruptive effects upon the running operation
• Be in charge of Configuration Management (CMDB)
• Lead change management projects
• The dynamic range of projects from new systems implementation, upgrades, and renewals, to digital workplace initiatives within a multi-company environment or integration of newly acquired companies
• You will work in a highly experienced team of professionals in a shared IT services center at the holding company and be responsible for IT services and solutions used globally.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes
• Very good understanding and practical experience with IT change management
• Project Management skills
• Strong communication skills and stakeholders management
• Great organizational skills
