ABOUT COMPANY:
OUR CLIENT - Okredo is a fintech Startup that operates an open data platform www.okredo.com. They deliver business data, solutions, and insights made by experts that help businesses to mitigate credit risk and accelerate sales growth.
The company goal is to become a leading open data platform in Europe and our next stop is Latvia. So, to keep them growing they are looking for an experienced and sales-oriented Latvian Call Centre Representative in Lithuania.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively communicating with and selling to new customers, i.e., making numerous outbound calls and follow-ups on initial contacts;
- Convincing potential customers to purchase products and services;
- Timely and professional presentation of Okredo products and services in a timely and professional manner, identifying and overcoming objections;
- Meeting your personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1+ years of experience in sales;
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods;
- University, college background;
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written);
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.
