Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Intempt is looking for a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives, ranging from acquisition to engagement and retention initiatives, with a focus on developing loyalty within the customer base. Our ideal candidate will have no problem rolling up their sleeves and working directly with customers to understand the wants and needs of the market while ensuring that relevant programs are being created for all stages of the customer journey. An ideal background incorporates having entrepreneurial startup experience in a similar capacity. B2B experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Execute customer lifecycle optimization initiatives for each stage of the customer journey, including onboarding, engagement, and retention
  • Identify key, measurable metrics (upsell, churn, etc.) for lifecycle programs with the ability to test and scale rapidly
  • Launch and optimize lead gen advertising campaigns
  • Create content for ads, site, blog, social media, and landing pages
  • Develop personal relationships with advocate customers and build out case studies and testimonials
  • Develop customer community to identify and mobilize customers, transforming them into Intempt brand ambassadors
  • Participate in workshops, and events and build face-to-face loyalty and relationships with prospects and customers

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing roles at a subscription-based B2C or B2B company
  • Deep understanding of acquisition funnels and customer journeys, and how marketing and sales work together to create success
  • A/B Testing & Growth experimentation knowledge
  • Experience conceiving and building new programs from scratch, using data and customer insights
  • Strong communication skills. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributors
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
  • Expert in features and functionality of major search engines
  • Well-versed working with: Hubspot, Google Analytics, Semrush (or other SEO tools), Google Trends, WordPress. Social platforms are a Must
  • Ability to leverage large datasets to run campaign analysis and provide recommendations with demonstrable experience driving growth through testing and analysis
