Brand manager

I am Jurgita Kojenets, Manager of Marketing team at Telia and currently I am looking for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing Division. Your next challenge?

Your main goal will be continue building our brand value in order to grow in a highly competitive market. You will be expected to transform the brand vision into objectives, define and deliver the strategy, develop brand programs together with the partners, agencies. There are many sources available for you to learn about your consumer, investigate on the brand powers and weaknesses, understand the marketplace and the business. You will foresee the steps of a big plan and will set the Brand agenda to correct the drawbacks and unlock new opportunities. 

Who are you?
You are motivated, self-driven and passionate marketer with proven competencies to lead the brand on your own. You apply consumer first approach and can transform insights into motivating actions. You dare to take leadership and know how to drive creativity. Leading complex projects is something that excites you and excels in building strong relationships. You can prioritize across many agendas and manage the time effectively. While having a broad perspective, you are able to maintain attention to details. You are fluent in English and have natural interest in digital.

Your Experience:

• Strong leadership and management skills, 1-3 years' managing the brand, preferably in an international organization
• You have been defining various brand strategies, have experienced the impact of different scenarios, went through a number of various learnings.  
  You are good at judging creative solutions and managing agencies, other partners
• You know how the business works and understand the marketing effort it takes to contribute to the business results long and short term
• Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must to fulfill the role

We offer a monthly base salary from 2067 EUR (gross) to 3100 EUR (gross), depending on your experience. Besides, for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
